- How to order - Before ordering please ensure that you have viewed the Engraving page so that you know the details we will need Any of our products can be ordered in three ways - by phoning 0121 233 7455. We will take your order and payment details and process them accordingly, simply mention that you would like a donor card as well      or - by clicking on the Buy button below. After approximately 25 seconds you will be forwarded to an order page. This will show what you are about to order. When you have viewed the item detailed you can press the "ORDER VIA SHOPCREATOR" button. You will then be asked for your address and credit card payment details. In the information box at the bottom of the page please input your engraving details for the Medical Donorcard tag. You can click here to see an example of the area where you type in the engraving. Your item will arrive approximately 2 to 4 days later. Or, if you are unsure about anything, you can press the "E-MAIL ENQUIRY" button.
